For custom orders, you will need to provide the sweater's size, fabric, and manufacturing specifications. We will then provide you with a delivery date and price quote based on this information. Mass production will begin after we receive your deposit.

Mass production, quality control

Mass production begins from the time the deposit is received. Quality checks are conducted throughout the production process. Production is completed within the agreed delivery timeframe, and final payment is made before the goods are shipped from the factory.

Goods delivery and after-sales service

We will transport the goods to the port of origin and provide after-sales consultation services covering customs declaration, bill of lading handover, customs clearance, and cargo collection.
